Party Rules
To ensure everyone has a fun and safe experience, we ask all guests to follow our venue rules:
General Rules
• All guests must follow staff directions at all times.
• Adult supervision is required throughout the event.
• Children must wear socks in play areas at all times.
• No sharp objects or jewellery on play equipment.
• Please report any injuries to staff immediately.
Food & Drink
• You may bring your own food if agreed at the time of booking, but please check with our team.
• Catering options are available — ask us for more details!
• Drinks, including café drinks and licensed bar options, are available onsite.
Safety & Behaviour
• No rough play, running, flips, or climbing on equipment in unsafe ways.
• Be considerate of other guests — especially younger children.
• Play fairly and have fun!
Dos and Don’ts
DO
Arrive at least 15–30 minutes early to set up.
Keep the guest numbers to what was agreed.
Pack items like party decorations, cake, and utensils as needed.
Enjoy our food and beverage offerings or ask about catering add-ons.
DON’T
Don’t bring confetti, glitter, bubble blowing, or sparkles (safety hazard).
Don’t allow play equipment misuse or behaviour that risks injury.
Don’t leave children unsupervised at any time.
Don’t leave decorations or rubbish — please dispose of your own waste or ask staff for assistance.
Don’t access restricted areas.
Don’t smoke in the premises.
