Booking & Payments
Q: How do I book a party?
A: You can book your party online using this link. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot.
Q: How far in advance should I book?
A: We suggest booking 4–6 weeks ahead to secure your preferred date and time.
Q: When is the final payment due?
A: Full payment is required at least 3 days before your party.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: Online payments, PayID, bank transfer, and EFTPOS.
Q: Can I change my booking date?
A: Yes, with a minimum of 7 days’ notice. Your deposit can be transferred to a new date but is not refundable.
Party Duration & Activities
Q: How long does a party go for?
A: Standard parties run for 2 hours — 90 minutes of play and 30 minutes for food and celebrations. Private bookings can be extended to 3 hours or more.
Q: What ages are the parties suitable for?
A: Inflatables are best for children aged 3–12. Older kids and adults can join in too using our sports courts (extra cost applies).
Q: Can we decorate the party area?
A: Yes! Balloons, banners, and table decorations are welcome. Please avoid confetti, glitter, piñatas, and anything attached to the walls.
Q: Do you have party rooms?
A: Instead of party rooms, each booking gets its own party table. For a more exclusive feel, you can book our semi-private deck area at an additional cost.
Q: Do you have music at the venue?
A: Yes, we play kid-friendly music throughout the venue. The playlist can’t be changed during normal operating hours.
Q: What types of parties do you offer?
A:
- Inflatable Parties – Bounce and play on our inflatables.
- Sports Parties – Combine inflatables with fun games like soccer, cricket, or netball.
- Nerf Parties – Action-packed Nerf blaster battles plus inflatable fun.
- Private & Family Parties – Exclusive hire of the entire space.
Guests & Attendance
Q: How many kids are included in a standard party package?
A: Packages cover up to 10 children (including the birthday child). Additional guests can be added for a per-child fee.
Q: What if fewer children attend?
A: The minimum package price still applies.
Q: Can siblings join in?
A: Yes, they’re welcome to play and will be counted as party attendees.
Q: Do parents need to stay?
A: Yes, at least one parent or guardian must remain onsite to supervise at all times.
Q: What’s your maximum capacity?
A: We can host more than 100 children on inflatables, plus around 50 supervising adults comfortably.
Food & Catering
Q: Can we bring our own food?
A: For BYO parties, you’re welcome to bring finger food, snacks, and a birthday cake. Outside drinks are not permitted. For other bookings, external food and drinks are not allowed.
Q: Do you offer catering?
A: Yes, we offer optional catering packages including pizzas, snacks, and drinks.
Q: Can we order food delivery?
A: Yes, for BYO, private, or family parties. Please note, no outside drinks are permitted, and you’ll need to notify us in advance.
Q: Are plates, cups, and napkins provided?
A: Yes, when you purchase catering packages. For BYO parties, please bring your own.
Q: Can you provide cutlery for BYO parties?
A: No, please bring your own plates, cups, and utensils.
Q: Do you cater for allergies or special dietary needs?
A: Yes, let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to help. For BYO food, parents are responsible for managing allergies.
Q: Do you have fridge/freezer space?
A: Limited fridge space is available — please confirm when booking.
Venue & Setup
Q: How early can we arrive to set up?
A: You can arrive 15–20 minutes before your booking to decorate and settle in.
Q: Is the venue weatherproof?
A: Yes, the venue is fully indoors and climate-controlled.
Q: Do you have parking?
A: Yes, we offer plenty of free onsite parking.
Q: Is the venue wheelchair and pram accessible?
A: Yes, our venue is fully accessible.
Safety & Supervision
Q: Do you provide supervisors?
A: Our staff assist with activities and safety checks, but parents/guardians must supervise children at all times.
Q: Are the inflatables safe?
A: Yes. All equipment meets Australian safety standards and is regularly inspected.
Q: Do kids need socks?
A: Yes, socks are required on all inflatables. Grip socks are recommended.
Q: What if someone gets injured?
A: We have trained first-aid staff onsite. Parents/guardians are responsible for their children’s care.
Q: How do you manage cleaning and hygiene?
A: All play areas and equipment are cleaned and sanitized daily, with extra cleaning as required.
Extras & Add-Ons
Q: Do you provide party bags?
A: Not included, but you’re welcome to bring your own.
Q: Can I book extra time?
A: Yes, subject to availability and additional fees.
Q: Do you have a photographer?
A: No, but you’re welcome to bring or hire one.
Q: Do you offer themed parties?
A: We don’t provide themed packages, but you can bring decorations, costumes, and themed cakes.
Q: Can I hire the entire venue?
A: Yes, our private party option gives you exclusive access to all inflatables and sports courts.
