  • We highly recommend booking online in advance — weekend sessions fill up quickly, especially Saturday mornings. While walk-ins are sometimes possible, booking guarantees your spot. Online booking takes less than 2 minutes.

  • Our open bounce sessions are designed for children aged 3–12. We have different zones that are age-appropriate — younger kids have dedicated safe areas while older kids can access all obstacles and slides.

  • Yes — grip socks are included in every session price, for every child, every time. No additional cost. We know it's one less thing to remember when you're wrangling kids out the door!

  • Absolutely! We have a comfortable parent lounge area with seating where you can watch your kids play and have a coffee. Adults are welcome to cheer from the sidelines — but the inflatable arena is for kids only during open sessions.

  • Comfortable, active clothing — shorts, leggings, or trackie pants work great. No jeans or clothing with buckles or sharp accessories on the inflatables. Long hair should be tied back. Grip socks are provided so no need to bring your own.

  • Walk-in entry pricing is available at the venue and via our online booking platform. We recommend booking online in advance, especially for weekend sessions — spots fill quickly on Saturday mornings.

  • Adults accompanying children during walk-in sessions are welcome in the venue at no entry charge. You can watch from our parent lounge area, grab a coffee from our on-site café, and keep an eye on the action. Note: the inflatable arena is for kids only during open sessions.
