What You Need to Know

Footwear
- → Grip socks required on all inflatables

- → No bare feet on inflatables
- → Remove shoes before entering inflatable areas

Book 4–6 weeks ahead to secure weekends. A $100 non-refundable deposit holds your date. Full payment is due 3 days before the party.

Yes — with 7+ days notice, your deposit transfers to a new date. The deposit itself is non-refundable but fully transferable to any available date.

Socks are required — grip socks are strongly recommended for safety. If your child doesn't have them, you can purchase grip socks in-store on the day.

No outside drinks are permitted regardless of package. Water is available at the venue. If you're on a BYO package, you can bring food but not drinks.

The minimum package price still applies — so plan for the number you're expecting. Additional kids over 10 attract the per-child rate.

Yes — at least one parent or guardian must remain onsite at all times. Our staff assist with activities and safety, but parental supervision is required throughout.

No enclosed party rooms — each booking gets its own allocated party table. For something more exclusive, upgrade to the semi-private deck. Full venue exclusive hire is also available.
